Did you know that the VICTIM has to pay for the expensive tests done and samples taken by the police at the hospital when she reports a rape????
What's up with that?????
You'd think that would be covered by the POLICE INVESTIGATION, since that is part of THE JOB!
Now how is this supposed to encourage women to report their rapes?? Seems to me like it is just a deterrent!
